CF Library is operated by Cristina Fialho Pereira Janeiro, trading as CF Agency / CF Library, an individual sole trader established in Portugal ("CF Agency", "we", "us"). By using this website or purchasing any digital resource, you enter into a contract with the seller and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this contract and, where you act for a business, that you have authority to bind that organisation.
The service
CF Library is a digital resource library: downloadable guides, templates, prompts, video collections and related materials (the "resources"). Some resources are free in exchange for an email address; paid resources are unlocked after a confirmed payment. Resources are digital products — no physical item will ever be shipped.
We work to keep the library available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are shown before tax; applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country and the final total is always displayed before you pay. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which apply in addition to these terms.
Digital content and your right to withdraw
Resources are supplied immediately after a confirmed payment. Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, that right can end once delivery or access to digital content begins, provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right. By purchasing a resource and downloading, accessing or using it, you acknowledge that you lose your applicable statutory right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.
Refund requests and the cases where we step in personally are set out in the Refund Policy.
Licence and acceptable use
Unless a resource states otherwise, a purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the resource for your own business or client projects, including commercial promotional content. You may not resell, redistribute, share or republish the original files, templates or library access, in whole or in part, and you may not claim them as your own work. Footage and templates are provided on a non-exclusive basis. The full licence terms for each product are included in its download materials.
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringement of intellectual property, and no interference with the security or operation of the site (including malware, probing or scraping). You may not reverse engineer the service, circumvent technical limits, or share your account credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information.
Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the website, software, documentation, branding and the resources themselves (except for third-party materials licensed to us). Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these rules. When access ends, your licence to use the resources ends with it, except for content you have lawfully downloaded and used in completed projects. Paid accounts terminated for breach are not entitled to a refund beyond what the Refund Policy provides.
Liability
The service and all resources are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign this contract without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
