Who handles refunds

CF Library sells digital products — downloadable guides, templates, resources and digital content — and every order is processed by Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. That means refunds and returns are handled by Paddle, under Paddle's Refund Policy, with Paddle's Buyer Terms applying to the transaction as well. Paddle may make its own determination on a refund request, and may process one where applicable law requires it.

How to request a refund

Refund requests can be made within 14 days of your order date. Look your purchase up at paddle.net and submit the request there, or email us at hello@cfagency.pt and we will help you through it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.

Digital delivery and your access

CF Library products are delivered digitally and immediately after a confirmed payment, through the download link on the product page and, for accounts, in "My library". Unlike a physical product, a downloaded file cannot meaningfully be given back: once it is downloaded it stays in your possession.

A refunded purchase closes your access to the resource and its files. Content you already used in completed projects before the refund is not affected, but the licence to keep using the resource ends with the refund.

When we will help

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, and some problems are ours to fix rather than yours to argue about. Please contact us if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • you did not receive access to the product you purchased;
  • the files are technically defective or cannot be opened;
  • the product delivered is materially different from the product described at the time of purchase; or
  • a refund or other remedy is required under applicable consumer law.

Where possible, we will first try to resolve a technical or delivery problem by restoring access or providing a working replacement.

Your right to withdraw

Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right can end once delivery or access begins — provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that doing so loses the right of withdrawal.

By choosing to receive immediate access to a CF Library digital product, and by downloading, accessing or using it, you acknowledge that you lose your applicable statutory right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.

Your rights are not limited

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. For product, access or delivery issues, contact hello@cfagency.pt.
